The Company provides direct response and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing services, including performance media buying, creative production, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing and campaign measurement. Information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.
All engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, deliverables, reporting and duration. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these terms.
Marketing performance depends on factors outside the Company's control, including market conditions, third-party advertising platforms, client offers and pricing. The Company does not guarantee any specific level of revenue, conversion rate, return on advertising spend or other result.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any materials, claims, products and data they supply, and for holding the rights necessary to use them in advertising. Clients must comply with applicable advertising laws and the policies of the advertising platforms used.
Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days of issue. Media budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are separate from the Company's service fees.
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and marks, is owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. Ownership of deliverables produced under an engagement is determined by the applicable agreement.
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement and use it solely for the purpose of performing that engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue. The Company's total aggregate liability arising from an engagement shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company relies on third-party advertising, analytics and communication platforms. The Company is not responsible for the availability, policies, pricing or actions of those platforms, nor for the content of any third-party website linked from this website.
Information submitted through this website or by email is used solely to respond to enquiries and to administer client relationships. It is not sold to third parties. Requests regarding personal data may be sent to contact@axionnovagroup.com.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the applicable agreement. Fees for services performed and media committed prior to termination remain payable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in the State of Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
